OUR WORKFLOW
To give you an idea of what we do from start to finish, here is a rundown of our work flow:
To start with, the job is measured, quoted and marked with a ‘completion urgency’ tag to ensure that all jobs are completed on time.
We then order your paint according to the colour and gloss level your job requires. Once these preparatory stages are complete, it’s time to get into the nitty gritty by way of backing and raw sanding your piece to ensure the surface is completely level and smooth.
Next, it is taken to our specialised undercoating room for the initial coat. Once this has dried, it is then white sanded and sent to an air-pressurised room ready for top coating. This stage is especially important as the air and temperature must be controlled in order to ensure that any off-spray travels away from the item to prevent drips and uneven coating.
Upon completion of this intricate step, the piece is then transported to a controlled drying rack where it will remain until it is ready to be prepped for pick up. This is where the piece will be de-backed and polished to clean away any excess, leaving us with the beautiful, finished product.
